Third Thursday 10/15 Art and Music

29 September 2015 by Rachel Browning

Well folks, the summer concert series is done and what a huge success!  We maxed out at 500 people, four kegs, three bartenders and two food vendors. We are so glad we threw those parties.  We made some great new friends!  But starting in October, we're back to our low key third thursdays.  You can always count on great art and music though, plus cheap beer, and a smaller, more intimate crowd. In the spirit of our earlier series, we're continuing with our partnerships by hosting Columbia Slough Watershed Council that night for a little socializing and education about one of our great local watersheds.  The event and opening starts at 6 PM.

Our artist that night is photographer Joshua Zirschky. "I am a photojournalist with the concern in reportage and conflict photography.  I am in search of photographing the human condition. Utilizing the medium of photography in giving a voice to the voiceless."

At 7 PM, Buzz Holland takes the Salvage Works stage for an evening of rocking Americana.
See you around the fire pit!
